Clinic Policies and Terms & Conditions
At Absolutely Aesthetics, we are committed to providing a safe, professional, and transparent service to all our patients. In order to maintain the highest standards of care, the following clinic policies apply.

Eligibility for Treatment
All patients must be 18 years or older to receive treatment, in accordance with the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act, which prohibits anyone under 18 from accessing these procedures.

Booking Requirements
To secure an appointment, all patients are required to provide up-to-date contact details, including full name, address, telephone number, and email. At your first appointment, you will be asked to complete a comprehensive medical history form. This is essential for guiding your consultation and safe treatment planning.

Data Protection and Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All patient information is treated as confidential and managed in accordance with Data Protection legislation.
• Your information will never be shared with third parties without your written consent.
• You will not receive unsolicited marketing communication.
• You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.

Deposits & Payments
• A £50 deposit is required to secure treatments under £400.
• A 50% deposit is required to secure treatments over £400.
• Deposits are fully refundable upon attendance, but will be retained if you:
• Cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice
• Fail to attend your appointment (no-show)

Premade Products Policy
For any treatments that involve products prepared specifically in advance (e.g. PRF, compounded solutions, custom skincare), a 50% deposit is required. This deposit will be retained in full if you fail to attend without notice, as these items are non-reusable.

Cancellations & No-Shows
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• 48 hours’ minimum notice is required.
• No-show or short notice fees apply as follows:
• £50 fee for treatments under £400
• 50% of treatment cost for treatments over £400
If no deposit was taken, a £50 non-refundable fee will be required to rebook any missed or late-cancelled appointment.

Treatment Packages & Courses
If you are undergoing a course of treatments as part of a pre-paid package:
• Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 3 working days’ notice will result in the session being forfeited.
• No refunds will be issued for missed or unused sessions.
• Packages are non-transferable.
All packages must be paid in full before the first session begins.

Consultations & Review Appointments
• All new patients will typically be seen for consultation and assessment only on their first visit. This allows for a cooling-off period before treatment.
• If deemed safe and appropriate by both practitioner and patient, treatment may be offered on the day.
• Consultation fee: £50, redeemable against treatment within six months.
• You will always be informed of the full cost of any treatment plan before starting.
Review Appointments
• Routine Botulinum Toxin reviews are offered between 2–3 weeks post-treatment.
• Reviews for all other treatments must be booked within 6 weeks.
• Missed reviews or late booking will not be rebooked free of charge.
• A £50 fee may apply if an additional review is required outside of this window.

AI Consultations
We offer optional AI skin consultations. Simply send a clear, well-lit photo and we will return personalised recommendations. This does not replace a full in-person consultation and should be viewed as an additional tool.

Payment Terms
• Full payment is required on the day of treatment.
• We accept cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards.
Fees are charged for the full treatment process, which includes:
• Medical consultation
• Assessment and planning
• Advice and aftercare
• Administration of safe, evidence-based treatments
Refunds are not issued where treatment outcomes differ from personal expectations, as aesthetic results cannot be guaranteed.

Aftercare Compliance
Upon agreeing to treatment, you are also agreeing to follow all aftercare instructions. These will be:
• Explained clearly in clinic
• Supplied in written form
Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect your ability to undergo future treatments.

If you have a concern, please raise it as soon as possible. A meeting will be arranged to discuss your concerns in a professional and respectful manner.
